I have NEVER experienced such a terrible customer service situation from any business in my life. I was shocked and appalled that not a single Fat Cats employee contacted me ahead of time to explain why my party was being cancelled for no reason, or to help me find an alternative in such short notice. The whole reason why I planned 6 weeks in advance, paid a deposit, and signed a contract, was to work with an event planner to avoid spending hours waiting in the regular line. My only option was to take our whole party to the closest location and wait 1 hour 40 minutes to get a bowling lane. The day of my event, 30 minutes before our party’s start time at Fat Cats, I received a text from a Fat Cats employee stating that they “forgot to contact me earlier, but wanted to let me know they cancelled my party”. If you are looking for somewhere to take your family, or especially host a party, GO ELSEWHERE!!! I worked for over a month with an “event specialist”, signed a contract, agreed to the covid terms and conditions, and paid a deposit 6 weeks before my event. I have never written a poor review before, but my experience with Fat Cats was so terrible I felt like I needed to.
